Multiple award-winning gospel musicians, Evangelist Diana Asamoah and a host of other seasoned gospel singers, left gospel music lovers spellbound as they gave them a treat at Abba Father 2018 event.

The end of year thanksgiving concert which was held on December 30 at the Accra International Conference Center saw many Ghanaians patronizing it to give thanks to God for a successful year.

Evangelist I.K Anning of ‘Borborleborbor’ fame, Rev Obaapa Christy, Ceccy Twum and a host of other gospel singers gave fans a taste of heaven with renditions of their songs and others.

The night kicked off with sizzling performances from upcoming gospel acts who kept participants on their feet as they sang praises and worshipped God for his goodness in 2018.

The Chairman of the Christ Apostolic Church International, Apostle Dr Stephen Kwame Amoani and a host of other renowned men of God graced the occasion to lend their support to Evangelist Diana Asamoah and her team.

The 2018 edition of the night of praise and worship which is hosted by Evangelist Diana Asamoah was duly themed, “Crossover”.

The convener of Abba Father and local gospel sensation, Evangelist Diana Asamoah, made it clear that the thanksgiving programme was here to stay and was going to be staged year after year in celebration of God’s faithfulness and mercy.

2017’s edition was staged on December 3, 2017 and saw the likes of gospel music giants in Ghana including Ohemaa Mercy, Yaw Sarpong, Rev Mac Abraham and the Winneba Youth Choir among others thrill patrons with their best songs.

The former Minister of Gender, Children and Social Protection Otiko Afisa Djaba, the minister of Tourism, Catherine Ablema Afeku and a host of other dignitaries graced last 2017’s edition of Abba Father with their presence.

According to the ‘Pentecost Sore Nwom’ singer, the next Abba Father event was going to be staged in Kumasi on March 5, 2019. She revealed that full details would soon be disclosed by her management.
